Can I change or cancel an order after it is in production?

When you place an order with Clubcard you are requesting the use of consumables and labour to create a custom product that can only be used by you. Once your order goes into production we cannot cancel or change your order. It is critical that you choose a production time that will meet your deadline, once in production we can only promise the production time you have selected when placing your order.
