Due to the volume of orders we process each day we are only able to complete file checks once your order has been placed online. Once your order is placed online our entire team has access to your files and the order details that allow us to complete a file check. Please please be sure to read the file preparation guidelines outlined on the specific product page or outlined in your custom estimate.
If your order is on hold because your artwork is not approved for print and you would like to cancel your order, don't worry! We can fully reimburse you.
