Q. Do I have to place my order online?

A. Clubcard's business model is based on online ordering. Due to the volume of orders we receive each day we can only process and track orders that are placed online. Once your order is received our entire team will have access to your files and order details ensuring your order goes into production without delay. You will receive email updates as your order progresses through each step of production and when your order is ready for pick-up or has shipped.

Q. Can I place my order in the store?

A. We are happy to help you place your order in the store and once placed you will receive email updates as your order progresses through each step of production and when your order is ready for pick-up or has shipped.

Q. Can I place my order over the phone?

A. We do not accept phone orders, but we are happy to walk you through placing your online order over the phone or send you directions on how to place your order through email. Please contact us if you require assistance. We're here to help!

Q. Can someone else place my order for me?

A. We don't recommend sharing access to your account. If you decide to allow shared access to your account you will be responsible if the person you’ve shared access with places an order incorrectly, uploads the wrong files, deletes your artwork or any actions made while logged in to your account.

Q. Can I place my order and have someone else send you the artwork?

A. Yes, just place your order online and choose the option to upload artwork later. You can then contact sales@clubcard.ca for information on having a third party send your artwork. Please note that orders placed without artwork will be placed on hold until your art files are received.

Q. How do I pay for my order?

A. When you place an order with Clubcard you are requesting use of consumables and labour to create a custom product that can only be used by you which requires prepayment in full on all orders.

Payment Online: We accept payment by Visa Debit, Vida American Express and MasterCard online to securely pay for your order through an encrypted connection.. When ordering online you may also choose the option to pay by cheque, debit card or cash in person but this option will leave your order on hold until your payment is received. Please note we only accept checques drawn on business accounts, we do not accept personal cheques.

Payment In store: We accept cash, cheque, Interac debit cards, Visa debit, Via, American Express and MasterCard.

Payment by Mail: We accept cheques from business accounts only do not send cash in the mail. Your order will be placed on hold until your payment is received. This will delay your order and will depend on when we received the cheque. Make your business check payable to Clubcard and mail to 868 East Cordova St. Vancouver, BC V6A 1M4
